Drove an hour and a half to pick up a car dolly that I reserved three days in advance. Pull up at 3 (Time reserved for pickup) and they tell me that its been rented out an hour ago. No call, no email, no text. Only to get on the phone with customer service and find out mt reservation has been cancelled without my knowledge. Will never be using Uhaul nor will I ever try to give my buisness to kleen sl8 again.
