Excellent service! I text the number on a bank holiday Saturday morning not really expecting a response till the Tuesday and the gentleman whose name I didn’t get, responded almost immediately and came out to fix the problem a few hours later couldn’t fault the service. Keith was prompt in giving us a quote and recommended what we needed to get done to fix a substantial leak in the roof. He took his time with the repair and did a great job with the re-leading. It is always good to use a local tradesperson; the mortar on our front and back eaves was crumbling and we wanted it replaced with a continuous dry verge system, Keith came out within 48 hours to assess the problem, he spend sometime with us discussing the various solutions and then provided a written quote covering the various options, again with 48 hours. I called Keith after struggling to find a roofer in Portishead. Keith was able to pop out to assess our leaking roof within two days, he turned up at the exact time he had suggested and after having a look, was able to carry out the repair there and then. Keith did a great job and charged a sensible price. We definitely recommend him and will be using him if we have any more roofing issues. Keith also kindly removed a weed that was growing in the guttering in a very awkward location. Thanks Keith
