Bought flowers for my daughter today. Beautiful bright colours and excellent quality. Exceptional customer service. The lady could see I was struggling with other shopping items I bought elsewhere and kindly put them in a bag for me. Highly recommended.
Awful service , non professional, sold dead flowers, damaged, stems were not cut. Tried to contact for refund, no reply back. Absolutely ignorant. Ruined my day as I worked as a florist before , I know how fresh flowers should look like. I will attach pictures , it’s unbelievable how they can sell this to a man to give that to his women!
Shocking , gave us dead flowers for women’s day , stem wasn’t even cut, what kind of florist is this.
