KJ Installed a large (approx 60m2) Indian rainbow sandstone patio to the rear of our house. All seemed to be going well until they said they had finished & were paid in full. Then the sandstone tiles started to come loose. First one, which they came to sort out & then 7 more, which was over a month ago. No response via phone, no response via email, no response via WhatsApp…. Paid in full & still waiting for KJ to finish the patio. No answer to phone calls, emails etc. Would prefer them to finish rather than taking this legal. Pointing still required & some of the stones have come loose & need attention. If they work for you, make sure you hold some cash back to ensure all is ok 3 months later.
