Avoid this company and its subsidiaries at all costs. They have significant outstanding debts, leading to the liquidation of several of their entities. Leaseholder funds have been frozen, and contractor payments have gone unpaid for over a year.

You will not be able to get hold of this man. Avoid as a management company unless all you want is a receptionist to tell you he's never there.

Avoid this company at all costs. As "property consultants" they took money from every new householder on our development and did absolutely nothing in return. They then requested payment for the subsequent year and it became a complete wall of silence when residents demanded to know how the previous year's money had been spent. Failure to answer emails and worst of all, failure to provide financial documentation as to where our money was. We have a right to this information as Directors/Members of our own residents' company.... read more

In brief, Kevin took the money from a residents management scheme and has disappeared. We never heard a single word of relevance come from him during his "management" time, and he seemed completely out of his depth. Having taken our money he has neither accounted for the money that has disappeared, nor has he even acknowledged nor responded to requests to explain the disappearance of the money. On top of that he hasn't even acknowledged or responded to the ensuing complaint, or allowed us details of the company's complaints ... read more
