They charged us $2,080 for fault finding and replacing the pipework between the outdoor and the indoor units of our air conditioning, because, as they stated in the quote and report, "the leak is located in the pipework". The replacement of the pipework had no effect in fixing the issue, so they gave us an additional quote of $6,700 to replace the indoor and outdoor units of our simple split system. We obviously declined and are preparing a case for the court. 5 star promise for a 1 star delivery on aircons!
