I'm not new to this; I'm true to this. I've been a Kiwi customer since I bought my home in 2004. I've used both the carpet and air duct cleaning services. You can always count on the customer service staff and technicians to give A1 service. To get a great price point and then be able to call back for a year for carpet cleaning for a nominal fee is what hooked me upfront. I actually work for this company the staff in the office are friendly and easy to get along with and I'm happy to call them all my friends,the work I do for this company is not easy and all of the technicians work very hard. I'm happy to be a part of such a great company and team.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY"!!! This is a HUGE sham. They are atrocious to attempt to deal with. Trust me, YOU can clean your carpet much better than these "professionals". What a bad joke.
This has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They did a terrible job cleaning the carpet and the guy was rude. I used Resolve and a vacuum and did a better job then he did. They have missed 2 follow up cleaning appointments and do not care.
