We had boat trip today with kittywake for our residents at our care home . They have been absolutely amazing from booking to the end of our trip . They have been so helpful answering all my questions. Replying fast to emails. Letting me look at the boat before booking nothing but Outstanding costumer service . The staff go above and beyond. Brilliant trip out on the canal for a 90th birthday party looked after us really well
Booked a fish and chip otle trip for my in-laws as I birthday present and could not be happier with the way it went. The team at Kitty wake looked after them brilliantly there are balloons on the boat to bring my father in law. The fish and chip supper that they had was absolutely delicious and the portion size was amazing. Teammate of gas on the boat feel very welcome and all in all it was a wonderful trip highly recommended
Bought the chippy tea cruise for my parent’s birthday present. They loved it, a gentle canal cruise while having a very nice chippy tea from Walgate Chippy. Highly recommended.
