went on a girls trip and had an absolute blast. came back and Ashley assumed we were drunk threatened to call the police was giving us sobriety tests in the parking lot all cause we took awhile to get back. completely out of line, as we were sober. will never be back.
Booked a trip to take off from Milford beach to Dingmans Ferry where we parked. We arrived at 9 am and the the hut was closed.Extremely unorganized with unprofessional staff that backed there story as to why there was a mix up was set on lie after lie. RecommendedWent yesterday rafting for the first time. No I didn’t make a reservation but you can and the staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend to any one.

KC cancelled our Boy Scout's canoe trip due to high river levels for our planned Aug. 11 trip. That was fair and appropriate, but they also said when they called that they'd refund our payment deposit. That hasn't happened. And though voicemail and email have been left for them, they have never responded in 2 months since they cancelled our trip. Truly unprofessional (matches other reports on this page). This is a scam it seems. Make bookings, taking money, give incorrect addresses and information then refuse to refund or credit anyone when their plans are forced to be cancelled.
Rip off. Do not be foolish enough to book their services.
