I can't believe they treat customers like this: I just called up 10 minutes ago and asked if they had any rafting trips for tomorrow and was told to check the website for the trips and schedule and because it's within 48 hours I should call back to make a reservation. I then checked online and nothing was available. This place has THE WORST customer service. The lady hung up on me on the phone while inquiring about the river condition. Terrible experience trying to get information through the phone. I’m never dealing with this company again.
this is how kittattiny campgrounds treat you. why when they have a good business they stop catering to you. Not sure why you try to rape people when they are trying to book a seasonal now to pay full seasonal price for 2 months. It is outrageous that you ask me to pay for the whole season when there is only 2 months left to the season . I am going to blast you on Facebook and anything else I can find. My family and I went this past Saturday 8/4/18 spent $156 ,1.5hours driving. we checked in we were told the water was high that was fine. everyone was excited we got on the bus to take us to the rafts we were told very quickly there was no swimming and she was sorry that someone should have mentioned that. The staff at the check in knew there was no swimming and failed to notify us.. if we would have been notified beforehand or at check in or if there were signs posted we would have postponed.. my kids were very disappointed... read more
