To EVERYONE, I have been a customer for 20+ Years coming here at this location. And I hate to say it this place became a disaster and the worst customer service EVER! I booked my reservation on Friday 8/14/20 for the Rafting and the “Manager” at the Adventure Center gave the worst customer service. I want to start off by NONE of my 20 years coming to this location NEVER gave me an issue about extra raft. So they want to charge $115 for an extra RAFT but yet what about the SOCIAL DISTANCING? According to Indian Head Canoes, this company is the whole reason for my horrible camping experience. Loud parties, fireworks that make your ears ring, and absolutely no limited capacity during COVID. We easily saw 50 or more Kittatinny rafts all holding 8-9 people per raft while on the river in kayaks. I also loved the scenic views their patrons provided on the river....dudes throwing up, women flashing their boobs, and even one group tormenting a bald eagle by throwing rocks up in a tree at this amazing bird. Our family was trying to get all together for a couple years, but due to different circumstances it was impossible. Finally, we all got to make a reservation and unfortunately it was Kittatinny. We had a bad experience compared to our friend's experience who used other companies. Here are all the reasons why the trip wasn’t pleasant. Horrible customer service. Had to cancel my reservation due to my daughter having a fever. Was told I could not have a refund unless I could prove she has Covid. Was not even offered the option to put the deposit toward another reservation. Maybe I should just bring my child with a fever to infect all your employees and guests with whatever it is she may have. Bad business practices and I’ll tell whoever will listen about my experience.

Anything that could have gone wrong this weekend did! When we got there at 1020 am for an 11 am reservation we got online to check in. I was not checked in until 1202. The excuse we got for the line moving so slow was that the place they print off waivers at didnt open until 10am and the computer system kept freezing when people had to adjust their reservation. Awesome place and a great experience
Unorganized, had reservations for 10am rafting and didn’t get on the river until 1pm! Over an hour wait on line to check in and then another two waiting around and taking a bus. Garbage left by dumpster for days all over the ground.
