Called 25 times in 3 days and managed to speak to someone once for about 30 seconds before she put me through to another number that also didn’t answer
We rented a property from Kitson Residential from 2019 -2023 in the Newtownabbey area. Dealing with Clare at Kitson was stressful and frustrating. We paid the rent on time and kept the property to a high standard. Unfortunately, Kitson never kept their end of the contract. many maintenance requests took forever to resolve, and some requests were ignored entirely. Excellent service, from start to finish 👏
Slow to respond, unorganized, the tradesmen used do half arsed jobs when they eventually come out & generally a disorganised operation with myself receiving someone else's letting agreement full of there details early on.
Claire was extremely attentive and very professional on toward our circumstances. Claire ensured that she adhered to our circumstances and expressed that she had our best interest at heart. I would highly recommend Claire as she was very accommodating . Many thanks Courtney
