I have never ever dealt with someone so ignorant, unintelligent and unprofessional. Claire Kitson has absolutely no compassion or common sense. Leaves a family wading through sewage for weeks in a rental property that costs £1400 per month. She has no clue when it comes to regulations and thinks it’s funny when she rents properties out to people who show her proof of black mould and their children’s illnesses which are caused by it. We rented a property from Kitson Residential from 2019 -2023 in the Newtownabbey area. Dealing with Clare at Kitson was stressful and frustrating. We paid the rent on time and kept the property to a high standard. Unfortunately, Kitson never kept their end of the contract. many maintenance requests took forever to resolve, and some requests were ignored entirely. Slow to respond, unorganized, the tradesmen used do half arsed jobs when they eventually come out & generally a disorganised operation with myself receiving someone else's letting agreement full of there details early on.
