Brought a very expensive wok from here. And on the first use it ended up burnt and unusable. Turned out I used the wrong cooking oil. Totally my fault. I returned it and was told they would speak to the manufacturer and perhaps have it cleaned and seasoned. Not heard a thing from them for months and now they are ignoring all my emails.
