We would love to share with you our experience of Kit Mobility. We booked two trips today and our driver was punctual, friendly, kind and sympathetic to my needs as I am in a power chair. Our trips went very smoothly. I can't recommend Kit Mobility highly enough. We shall definitely use the service again. Thank you.

New to using this firm. Assumed they were aware of the vulerabiloty of customers so disappointed to learn all the drivers go home after the school runs leaving no cover in oxford. My elderly parents were stranded at the John Radcliff for near 2 hours waiting for any driver to respond. It seems a very adhoc service in the day. If you are going for a hospital appointment and don't know how long you will be don't rely on a call for a pick up between 4 and 6. I hope they get this fixed as we had heard good things about them. I think it's a great provision and the staff are usually very polite. I am not so sure about their methods for securing the chairs though.

For nearly 3 years since my dad become chair-bound, I need to move him around the Oxford and KIT Mobility never fails to provides safe and efficient transportation services. Much shorter waiting time than Uber for wheelchair I used before in London. The drivers are kind and helpful, too. Highly recommend!
