Fixed charity van wing mirror while I waited. Very friendly
We Had just started our holiday. Motorhome broke down. Called out breakdown assistance, won't say which one. however with the great help of a technician we were brought to Kissane and Jeffries at Rowley Regis. We really believed that was the end of our trip as I knew how busy garages can be. Matt and his team done a fantastic job and got us back on the road. We were able to continue the holiday. A massive thanks to all at Kissane and Jeffres. Steven, Barbara and Teddy.
They recovered my rental car, while loading it the recovery driver damaged the front wing, he admitted liability in front of 4 people then changed his mind when i put a claim in saying i pushed him into the car causing damage, insurance said my witnesses were not credible, 2 of them were managers at enterprise so won't payout, cost me £1500. Avoid these cowboys, I suspect they know how to play the denial game
I took my car to this horrible garage to fix an oil leak and get an oil change. They claimed to have fixed the leak, changed the oil filter, and done an oil change; All lies! Two days later, the leak was back, proving they did absolutely nothing except take my money... When I returned the next week, they suddenly "found" a crack causing the leak and demanded a total of £488 to order a car part and fix it.
