Sadly can’t give zero stars, absolute appalling customer service. Shop assistants could do with a bit of training in warmly greeting customers rather than look at them as an inconvenience that they actually have to work. But even worse is the manger who I’ve had two encounters with and both have been very unpleasant. It’s lucky this shop is in a tourist town so will always have footfall but can’t imagine there’s local returning customers. Shan’t be setting foot in there again.
Lovely shop, I buy all of my big lanterns from this shop, great selection of curated ornate and quirky finds for your interior. Thank you
