The staff, pharmacists and Drs have always been very kind to me . Health issues over the last 20 months have been very bad for me, they have been addressed with compassion and care
I would like to say a huge thank you to Cathy, a receptionist at Kirton Surgery, for her excellent service and swift handling of booking my mother in law an appointment this morning. I live in York and have no knowledge of the practice, but I knew it to be an emergency. Cathy handled it with extreme efficiency and was able to fit it in with the time it would take to drive from York and pick her up. Extremely grateful. L W
Shame really. Scotter surgery that they're partnered with has lovely staff who treat you with decency. Today I arrived for an appointment and couldn't sign in, after being ignored by the receptionist for several minutes she saw me and bruskly told me my appointment was by telephone. I have short term memory issues that I had already been to the doctor to discuss.
