I think my friend has been treated very badly by this company. The carer is there to help her at night but wasn’t prepared to do anything at for her. She has been very distressed by this.
Provided Excellent care for my Grandad, lovely smiley carers and polite office staff who couldn't any more if they tried.
Absolutely shocking company, terrible customer service and completely unprofessional… would not use to care for my dog let alone a loved one.
