What a fantastic service provided, from the initial phone call being reassured they would be there within the hour, to the phone call telling me they are on their way. Being allergic to wasps I had my epipens on the ready, the guys responded to this swiftly and reassuringly. Paul (who is a perfect, kind caring guy) turned up well within the hour, gave me instructions to keep safe while the nest was being dealt with and kept me calm. Absolutely fantastic came out within 2 days explained everything would highly recommend
This could be an amazing service but they just do not operate enough days for me which makes booking in if you work rather difficult and limiting. However the service was more reasonable in cost and and both colleagues that attended on both occasions seemed knowledgeable. With the larger companies they really cannot be bothered and often they spin you a tall tale just to their money.
