Absolute shambles. Tenants dump rubbish, around their properties. Housing might send a team to clean it up, but you need to know it's housing not refuse collection because one lot will not touch it if you ask the wrong one. Complaint's are maked as 'dealt with' in less time than your complaint took to write and no-one gets back to you. The mess in the pictures has been there over 14 days and walked past by refuse collectors and KNH workers. It's a tenant's mess so KNH's responsibility.
Nothing was done about noise pollution and antisocial behavior from my neighbor along with abusive behavior
been trying to get through to knh repairs for weeks to get our gutters cleaned, but the repairs tab of the mykirklees site has been nonfunctional for the last 3 months and any time i try to call i end up on hold for an age before being hung up on!
Unable to do the basics. Seem to be all pen pushers and no worker's
Maybe I'll change my mind at a later date
