Wouldn’t recommend at all. A family member has used this company to purchase her first home, but sadly her experience has been nothing but disappointing from start to finish due to Kirby’s poor customer service and slow responses! They continue to promise that the exchange will happen on a specific day and then change their mind at the last moment! If you’re looking for a solicitors to support you during what should be an exciting a memorable milestone in your life, do not choose Kirby’s!!
Terribly slow, not customer service, no comunications at all during the process. Avoid at all cost.
Rude and offhand over the phone. They do not keep their security certificates up to date online so emails and their website are flagged as unsafe and blocked. Took (an unprofessional) two weeks to reply to a request for a simple conveyancing quote only to declare when pressed that "Unfortunately we are not taking on this type of work currently." Shonky and inept outfit that has clearly gone downhill in recent years. Very relieved to have escaped entangling with a workshy bunch of inadequates.
Great, professional and friendly service! I would most definitely recommend.
