We moved in as the first tenant in brand New flat and it became our Great warm Home! Georgina is very professional & kind personal to deal with, always prompt responsive & active. I would highly recommend those flats - the best one in Stockleigh Road.
I am in the process of placing my flat on the rental market. I was visited by Georgina from Kinzett and Bowler. She was extremely good at explaining to me the way forward. Since our first meeting follow up contact by email has been first class. Even into late evening. This initial service has confirmed that I have chosen the right letting agent.
We’ve worked with Kinzett & Bowler since 2019 - both as tenants and now as landlords - and have always found them professional, responsive and easy to deal with. They’ve handled everything efficiently, even in challenging situations. Highly recommended.
Avoid! Quick enough to rush you when they want something but nowhere to be found when you require something/information or repairs. Moved into a flat where the floor wasn't even joined together properly and the bathroom ceiling leaked if there was rain, was told these would be sorted but SHOCK never happened. Property had no openable windows in the kitchen and living room and when i said i would go to the council they tried to shut me up with a fan. Avoid like the plague. Will insist at contract signing that they HAVE to sort out all utilities (mandatory), then proceed to not follow through, and leave the tenants to deal with months worth of absolute mess across utility accounts, purely because they are too lazy to pick up the phone and do the job THEY INSISTED they would do. A horrendous estate agency and one that landlords and tenants alike should avoid. Funny how a lot of their 5* reviews are from staff also.
