Terrible agency. They were in charge of finding new tenants for my fantastic landlord, and all they did was to leave the flat open while I wasn’t there multiple times following visits, breaking windows and leaving them open, and leaving the light on for WEEKS while I was absent. They will refuse to take responsibility and ignore all texts and calls, even after admitting they were at fault. The team is rude and their customer service horrible. Don’t recommend at all.
