Chris and the team have been amazing in helping us completely refurbish a property and let it out - Chris oversaw the whole complex project and we had complete confidence in him handling everything with us currently living abroad - issues that had to be addressed including approval for planning permission for a grade 2 listed building and making sure everything met regulations. Couldn't recommend Chris and Kingswood highly enough.
