2 lads came out to fix my garage door but turns out we were just using the wrong key all good. But then my Nan gets hit with a £120 callout fee? Ridiculous. There was NO MENTION of a callout fee on the phone to her, let alone £120. I understand if there is a REASONABLE fee to come and have a look but to charge that much is fraud.

Quick response and when telephoned with enquiry, they understood what the problem was. Few days later, booked in to come and fix the door and the job completed. They charged as quoted and cannot fault them. I will return as a customer and recommend others to use them.

Super quick response to my enquiry to replace motor on garage door. The quote was half the price of another company Kingswood Doors were excellent at customer service keeping me fully informed at all times. They turned up as arranged and were very efficient in completing the job. I would highly recommend this company.

Great company, all staff are very friendly and helpful , had a quote on my broken door in the morning and they came out to fix 3 hours later, 5* will 100% recommend thank you.
