Had a really good experience with Muhammed at Kingswood. He was easy to deal with, kept me in the loop, and made moving into my new place way less stressful than I expected. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.

Very disappointing experience with Kingswood. They made a lot of promises at the start of the tenancy but didn’t follow through on them. We had constant issues during the tenancy, including long delays in fixing basic amenities like the boiler and kitchen hob. The property was not clean when we moved in and we were told to get it professionally cleaned, with the promise the cost would be adjusted in the next month’s rent — which never happened. I rarely leave negative reviews but my experience with Kingswood (Lune Street branch) was deeply upsetting. I fully accept the £1,500 rent arrears and understand they need to collect, but the treatment I received from staff Ashfak, Nathan, and branch manager and listed landlord Habibwas unacceptable.
