I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now, I have to say, Michelle had a been a faultless and Wonderfull solicitor during our purchase of our first home back in August, I would like to say thank you, would recommend to anyone
I would give them no stars shocking company had to ring and visit 3 times even though they knew I was coming it was excuse after excuse will not recommend to anyone
Would definitely not recommend this firm. Used them for commercial conveyancing earlier in the year. A straightforward transaction took a lot longer than it needed to and was only done in the timescale it was because I was constantly chasing up. Zero communication from them. More alarmingly we have since discovered that £3.5k we paid that was to be sent to a third party was not sent and we have had to pay that again and I have been trying to get out money back from Kingswell watts for 6 weeks now. Rang yesterday regarding a quote for a conveyancing job. Was told everyone on lunch and i would receive a call back within the next hour. No call came through. Went elsewhere for my business. Easy money lost for the firm.
Used Bashir to do a Lease he was highly recommended to us. Got the job done professionally staff were more than patient with my nagging due to deadlines. Would recommend this firm professional and helpful
