I love this surgery. All the staff I’ve ever met and spoken to have been wonderful. Today, my Mum had an appointment at the surgery with Dr Badaruddin. She’s 87 years old, deaf, losing her sight and can’t walk unaided. The doctor was so kind to her and showed such patience and understanding, never rushing her to answer his questions. He is a credit to the Kingswell team!
We love this surgery. In 56 years I've never had a good surgery until now. I had an appointment with Dr Venksppayya today and he was brilliant. He was so thorough, kind, professional and excellent in every way, wanting to get to the root cause of my issues. Charlotte on the reception is also the best receptionist I've ever met, always smiling and going the extra mile. I saw Dr Kuktas this morning and she was also radiant. What a joy to have such professionals who obviously love their jobs! Thank you!
