IMO its not a nice place to be. DONT GO There! You will not get out alive!
My Mum was admitted to Ward 1 for an assessment for dementia last year. we sadly lost my Mum at end of January. this year . All staff were very supportive in Mum’s last days and couldn’t have done enough for us. Mum’s consultant was very caring and got Mum all the best care in her last weeks .Thanks You All.
Nurses very nice, very caring, doctors at kingsway care failed my mother never helped when she needed it.
Cannot thank all staff there enough. My dad was admitted as a dementia patient to Ward 1, we were constantly updated of his condition and needs. Sadly, dad suffered a stroke whilst in there and was on end of life care, has now passed away. My mum and myself were allowed to stay overnight with my dad for as long as we wanted to. The staff were compassionate and caring towards my dad, preserved his dignity at all times. We are so thankful for the care and attention he received
