I recently used this optician through my work scheme, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Although it's a small practice, everything about it was 100% spot-on. The eye test was very thorough and informative — I actually learned a lot during the process! The glasses I received are incredibly accurate and the clarity is fantastic; everything looks super clear now. Friendly, professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend

Kingston White are a fantastic business, called in with a broken pair of glasses (frame screw lost) and they fixed them while I waited. I could not have asked for more! Very very helpful, and great staff members a credit to the business. I can not say enough about them and the help they gave me. Outstanding!!!!!
Really lovely personal service. I was made to feel very welcome and I felt that my eyes were the priority rather than trying to sell me something that I didn't need. I will definitely be staying with Kingston White and I will also be recommending them to all of my family and friends. I'm so pleased to have found such a great optician when there's so many bad ones out there.
Absolutely terrible customer service, will never use this optician again.
