I rang for a price for a service & asked them to look at the switch under the seat as my scooter wasn't working they quartered me a price I was happy with them paid the money happy with the service I've had from them. Just waiting for my scooter to be delivered back to me.
My Dad had an accident on his mobility scooter. I emailed over the weekend, I got a response within an hour, the scooter was collected on the Monday, returned fully repaired and polished too on the Tuesday. Fantastic customer service throughout and Dad is thrilled with the repair, including polishing the scooter. He’s never stopped raving about the good service.
The older man that works there has a very bad attitude and very unhelpful will not be going back there and I wouldn't recommend that place at all
