This is a terrible service. I would rate radiology and Kingston hospital 1 star out of 5. I have been trying to get access to my MRI scan but have been put to all sort of number and nobody is able to explain how to get your scan and report. The British NHS is substandard, underdeveloped and malfunctioning. Members of staff give you the wrong information just to divert patients' rerquests.
