Highly recommend kingsman literally 2 weeks before my wedding I ordered my kilt it didn’t come in time say of the wedding Daren and his lovely misses sorted everything and made sure I wore what I always wanted! I’ll be forever thankful.
I used this company for my suit/kilt hire back in August 2024, I unfortunately did not have a good experience. The kilts arrived at the shop two days before the wedding, and my brothers suit arrived in the late evening the day before my wedding. Darren did drop these off to my brother personally, and then left My brothers suit did not fit and the trousers were hanging off him, I rang Darren back to let him know to which Darren said he would go back tomorrow, Tomorrow! Great customer service. Daren was extremely efficient and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. We will definitely be using their service again. Top class service. We saw the suit on Thursday and it was ready on the Friday, alterations done overnight. Highly recommend.
Please see review on the business Facebook page as it exceeded Google word limit but in short would not recommend. Lacking in communication, major errors and general carelessness. Sad to have to write a negative review but unfortunately we did not have the best experience.
