While I enjoyed the care I received, there was a lot of time just waiting around. I was at the office for 2 hours for which I was only actively with someone 25 minutes.
Dr. Chin was very efficient but also listened to my concerns. He was quick to determine the likely cause of my issue and work on a solution.
Dr. Chin found a sinus infection. I am already seeing improvement.
Explain the details patiently and professionally
I found Dr. Chin to be very impersonable and illogical. I felt like just another number in his office. He does not have good bedside manner, nor a willingness to listen or explain/converse with you about all possible scenarios. He's very dry and doesn't take you as a patient into account. I left with more confusion than I had when I came in. Because of Dr Chin I have not had any sinus infections for three years. I highly recommend his treatments
I have had recent/strange allergies and Dr. Chin was able to answer all of my questions, comfort me, perform tests, and give me direction for how to move forward. It was an efficient appointment, clean office, and I felt at home there.
Mostly a consultation and to update him on dramatic change/decline in my overall health situation and especially to get a recommendation about change that needed to be made in prescribed medication. He quickly understood my other special health issues . He “ok” a change in prescription and told me about a newly approved allergy drug that could be obtained without a prescription that I should consider taking.
Dr. Chin is an excellent Doctor and Surgeon. He explains every aspect of my care and now I need to manage my sinus issues. I love the whole practice at Piedmont ENT. I have been a patient for almost 12 years.
