Dr Chin reviewed my file and previous illnesses prior to meeting with me, and was up to speed immediately. Very thorough and informed me of what he was seeing during the nasal scope. Explained treatment and what to expect! Excellent experience!
I would definitely recommend Dr. Chin to anyone with chronic sinus issues.
Dr. Chin has a very calming way about him and showed an abundance of kindness and patience throughout my visit.
While I enjoyed the care I received, there was a lot of time just waiting around. I was at the office for 2 hours for which I was only actively with someone 25 minutes.
Dr. Chin was very efficient but also listened to my concerns. He was quick to determine the likely cause of my issue and work on a solution.
Dr. Chin found a sinus infection. I am already seeing improvement.
Explain the details patiently and professionally
I found Dr. Chin to be very impersonable and illogical. I felt like just another number in his office. He does not have good bedside manner, nor a willingness to listen or explain/converse with you about all possible scenarios. He's very dry and doesn't take you as a patient into account. I left with more confusion than I had when I came in.
