More or lesson time. PA and Doctor Chin were very efficient and addressed my issues directly and succinctly.
Excellent care by staff and Dr. Chin.
He was professional and knowledgeable but no written instructions of his recommendations. I could not find instructions on papers handed to me, nor on my chart, called the office back for clarification of verbal order the day after the visit, which was yesterday, Dec 10,24 with no call back. Next morning, Wed, the 11th, still no call back but received this satisfaction survey before 0815. Thank you but most patients are at the Md’s office because they are not feeling well. Dr.Chin cares. Most doctors don’t. He shook my hand soon as he walked through the door. Doctors never do that.
Went in for a first time visit. Great medical assistant and doctor team. Got all my test in the same day so I didn’t have to come back. Unfortunately couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me; but great experience - real professionals.
Knowledgeable and respectful doctor. He made the visit an excellent experience. Looking forward to my next appointment with him.
