When I broke my nose and wondered if I would need surgery to breathe normally, Dr. Chin addressed my issues thoroughly and carefully, but also efficiently. I would recommend him to broken nose / ENT seekers.
I am pleased to be a patient of Dr Chin. He is a professional with a personal and thoughtful approach to diagnosing and treating issues with my hearing. His assistant is also competent and has a good rapport with Dr Chin which makes the entire experience very satisfactory. I have already confidently referred people to him.
I was referred to Dr. Chin after I had a sinuplasty with another ENT & ended up with a blood clot, numbness & infection. He was able to see me the day I was referred & treated my situation as the emergency it was. I've been to a lot of ENTs, but Dr. Chin is truly a fabulous doctor. He is personable yet professional & it's clear he is able to solve the most difficult ENT problems. He takes his time & explains everything clearly. His office staff is top-notch.
Dr. Chin is awesome. I had insomnia for 10 years. Lots of sleep studies and sleep drugs. I saw him for a sinus infection and he immediately showed me how deviated septum was impacting breathing. Long story short, I had surgery with him. The day he took out the splints I slept through the night and have been sleeping all night ever since (with a few stress-related exceptions). He is kind, thorough and knowledgeable. He explains everything and treats you like the intelligent person you are.
Dr. Chin is all business with a little bit of smile. He informed me of every little detail leading up to my sinus surgery. He was cautious and caring about my concerns. Dr. Chin did a very thorough exam and explained why surgery was necessary in my case. This was my second opinion ENT and it was the best decision I could have made for my health. The difference in the level of care between my first ENT and Dr. Chin was enormous!
I highly recommend Dr. Chin & Piedmont ENT. After being misdiagnosed & untreated for a bacterial ear infection by another practice, I feel I was saved by Dr Chin and his PA Catherine Smith. Unfortunately due to the delay in treatment by the past dr, I now have a hole in my eardrum, loss of hearing & now an inner ear infection. The quick treatment of the infection has been excellent. The office staff is wonderful, caring & professional, and I'm hopeful for a full recovery.
Dr. Chin is a superb ear, nose and throat doctor and surgeon. I highly recommend him to anyone having problems with allergy, frequent colds or general sinus problems. His PA's are excellent also.
Dr. Chin is an excellent physician. I sought treatment after years of year-round, allergy-related issues that ultimately led to severe sinus problems. Dr. Chin took the time to discover the root of the issue and successfully treated it within a few short months. As an an added bonus, he resolved the issue without a costly and painful surgical operation. The office staff is courteous, highly organized, and responsive as well. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better outcome or experience
I was most fortunate to be referred to Dr. Chin two years ago after 2 sinus surgeries , an inability to smell or taste and as it turned out polyps throughout each sinus cavity. Without surgery (he believes it is only a last resort!) he developed a program of medication and treatment that left me completely cleared.. He truly changed my life and I am forever grateful. I cannot recommend him or his practice in words strong enough.. The entire practice is staffed with caring wonderful staff.
