I registered online. I arrived at 8:10 for an 8:30 appointment. An hour later, I had not been seen. I was then taken back for my appointment which was excellent. However, there was a disconnect between the online paperwork and the office having it.
Dr. Chin and the staff are outstanding. He has had a very positive impact on my health.
Highly recommend Dr. Chin and his staff. Dr Chin is superb. Appreciate his knowledge, skill and thoughtful listening. He is the best. Special kudos to staff members Contrena (in office) and excellent follow up call by Serita (sp?). We are so thankful to be able to place ourselves in the care of such dedicated people!
My first visit to Dr. Chin was absolutely amazing he listened and did not try to rush me. Very informative to which I could understand, he cares for his patients and his nurse is calming and also caring. My experience was great with this doctor. Thank Dr. Chin for being who you are for your patients a true gift.
Dr. Chin is excellent and helped cure me (via surgery) of chronic sinus infections. I had come from a different ENT doc (who did NOT know what he was doing!!) and Dr. Chin cured me within 3 months of treatment. Highly recommend Piedmont ENT.
Dr. Chin and staff are amazing! He performed a very successful sinus surgery on me a few weeks ago, and I can finally breathe well for the first time in years. I had at least 3 or 4 bacterial sinus infections each year along with other issues, so I look forward to many positive changes in my future due to the amazing care and skill of Dr. Chin.

Dr. Chine was very professional on explaining what was the problem and what needed to be done. I had a deviated septum problem which I didn't know before he told me and after following his suggestion, now I'm facing a new life with perfectly fixed nose. I absolutely recommend him if you have a nasal problem.
Have experienced bad sinus issues for almost 18 mos. Under the care of another ENT, surgery was only course suggested after some antibiotics. Still ongoing after surgery. Friend suggested Dr Chin. From 1st visit - impressed! He suctioned mucus to see what was in it and after DNA, prescribed a topical antibiotic mix. Helped, but did not fix.
