Verified Renter This is the perfect community to get a little city feel outside of Charlotte. The apartments are a great size, you can walk to work or walk to any of the stores or restaurants near by. The staff (office and maintenance) are the friendliest I’ve ever experienced in an apartment community.

Verified Renter Kingsley has made me think twice about buying a house for next year. I love living here. My apartment is like a home. My dog has a great dog park. It’s great being able to walk to dinner. The property staff care about residents and run a good complex. I’m enjoying my living experience here.
Verified Renter Love living here in Kingsley. Everything is well taken care of. Jimmy is an amazing Maintenance man. The gym is amazing. Love its smoke free. Pool is so much Fun Bbq Area is wonderful. Office ladies are very sweet.

Verified Renter The office staff and maintenance team have been really wonderful. Lots of parking. The gym onsite is nice. Parking lot is well lit and feels safe. We love living here.
Verified Renter Staff is amazing and all the amenities are very well taken care of. If you care about people walking above you and hearing them, get third floor. But that is truly the only thing that I would consider. Kingsley is the best!!
