Verified Renter Living here is like living on a resort property with many options. The pool is not crowded. The people are friendly. The availability of shopping an restaurants allow you to do something different each night.

Verified Renter I've been living in Kingsley for two months now and I love it here. Everyone on the team from the front office staff to maintenance has been friendly and efficient. The landscaping is kept up with and notices are sent out when someone is in violation for parking, etc. to keep our neighborhood safe and appealing for all. What I'm thinking was only going to be a year lease, may turn into a multi-year stay as so far I don't see myself ever wanting to leave Kingsley!
