A Great Place to Live!! I have loved living in the Kingsley apartments. I have lived at multiple apartment complexes in the area and none stack up to Kingsley. With all of the various events, public spaces, and surrounding areas, it truly feels like a welcoming close knit community. I’m moving away for work and can only hope my next apartment can come close to what the Kingsley was able to provide! Meg has been particularly helpful!

Love it here! The Kingsley Apartments are a great place to live. The staff is kind, helpful and proactive. Our positive experience with Meg was a major contributing factor for us to choose to live here. The apartments and grounds are well cared for. Another great feature are the friendly neighbors.

Excellent maintenance, perfect management Lived here about 7 years and would not change a thing. Chris & Jimmy always provide fantastic maintenance services and anything you may need help with. Management is always friendly, patient, and kind- Meg, Amy, Alyson and others are the best!

Perfect for Charlotte newcomers!! I just moved from Washington state with two little pets, and besides choosing to move, Kingsley has been the best decision I’ve made. Meg waited after hours for me to pick up my keys, and since moving in two months ago, there have been multiple (super fun!!!!) events just for residents to get to know each other, which has helped me meet so many neighbors! Verified Renter I have daily contact with so many Fort Mill residents who are mention that they are unhappy at their current apartment community. I never hear those comments from our Kingsley residents because our management company and staff take great care of us
