My house has just been sold by Kingshills Estate Agents and they were excellent in dealing with this. The care and help they gave me was exceptional. The viewings were all taken care of and not much disruption for me. I was given good advice when I asked and the sale has gone through extremely quickly. A big thank you to Steve and the team for keeping me up to date with what was happening. I would recommend them for your property sale.
Haveing rented for over 15yrs i can safely say kingshills have been the best agents i have dealt with. Steven was incredibly helpful, informative and responsive. The whole proccess of viewing, application and acceptance was less then a week. An incredibly stress free proccess. I can not fault them and would highly reccomend thier service.
Cannot speak highly enough of Kingshills. They were absolutely amazing throughout our sale and so very professional. Katie in particular was GREAT, always keeping us updated and remaining calm and upbeat, despite it being a very challenging transaction at times.
