This unfortunately is my second admission to kingfisher last autumn 4 months under section awful admitted here against my will 2 Dec 24 still here firstly 136. Like cell not even toilet roll etc then Wren ward I sometimes see doctors once a week 5 mins sometimes once fortnight cover out of hours is awful only on maybe 2 doctors for whole hospital on ward Mon Fri 9 to 5 I was shocked when first told this as some patients are out of control 24hours I have never felt safe usually only nurses and the rest ward staff assistants e... read more

Staff are abusive don't care about patients and need too leave this job honestly it is disgusting
Absolutely disgusting treatment of me. I was sent in as a section 2 patient. I needed serious psychological treatment as I have been suicidal for a long time. The doctor discharged me in less than 12 hours and said I can get help at home. I was sitting next to a train line just a few days ago. They knew this and discharged me anyway. The staff are neglectful, They let you sit in withdrawal, they don’t listen to your needs other than the Consultant doctor Lee who doesn’t see what was going on half the time and how are the patients have been treated I’m literally scared to leave my room to knock on the staff of his door because I thought for being mocked. If anything this place is making me worse
