Most HORRENDOUS service I’ve ever experienced. I waited over a week for a phone appointment, yet I could barely get a word in because of children screaming in the background, and the doctor kept hanging up and calling again. The screaming was SO loud and unbearable, it made my ears ring, and it was completely unprofessional. I've been to this GP practice a few times and I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with one particular doctor. Each time I’ve seen her, I’ve felt dismissed and unsupported. Today, I was in tears during a phone appointment, and her response was simply, “sounds like you need to go to therapy” — which felt very cold and lacking in empathy. One of the best GP surgeries in the area. All staff including reception staff, nurses, doctors and support staff have a professional attitude and respond swiftly to patients. Thank you. Update June 2025: this surgery continues to be outstanding - very quick response times, helpful staff and quick appointments.
I really like this clinic. The personnel are very kind and pleasant. I like my doctor and nurses. The nurse took my blood so quickly despite my invisible veins!
