How nice to go into a shop, or phone and speak to a human being who gives good advice without any pushy sales jargon. I used to think the independent shops would charge more, but in fact Kingsbury Electronics have always been extremely competitive. In addition, the delivery and service was prompt and reliable. The machine was fitted, old one taken away and Dilip took the time to explain how the washing machine worked.
