Quick compliment that Dr Erin (not sure of surname) is the nicest GP I’ve ever seen – feel in safe hands.
I had a phone conciliation with Dr Khan found him extremely unhelpful and wouldn’t let me get my point across at all as he would continuously cut me off , avoid calling the doctors as much as I can because I feel like they have no genuine concern in what your telling them just looking for the easiest and cheapest resolution to get you out of there as quick as possible .
I only recently joined this practice, and I had an appointment today (17/01/25). The DR who saw me was fantastic and incredibly thorough. I actually left feeling like things were finally moving forwards, after many months of little to no movement with my previous GP practice. There was an issue when I went to collect my prescription, and, when I called the practice back, the reception team couldn't have done more to help - including Charese (sorry if I got your name wrong) staying on well over her time, on a Friday night, so... read more
