I came here about two weeks ago and they went beyond the call of duty.
Great experience every time I go there ,Matt is the best very helpful and knows what's up
Stopped in at KOV on East Ave kenmore to get a mod and juice, was in the store for 10+ minutes without acknowledgement from employees, not a "I'll be right with you" or a "how can I help you". Horrible service. Turned and walked out, didn't acknowledge that either pshh...finding a different supplier!
Company SUCKS!!! My son has a 3 day old e cig I spent 70 bucks on and the tank is leaking and these idiots wont stand behind it. I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!
So 3 days ago my son spent 70 dollars in this store on a new E cig. Now the tank is leaking and these morons wont stand behind their products. They are telling him it inst a manufacturers defect without even looking at it. They wont replace it so we wont patronize the store any more and will advise others not too. Come on 3 days and the junk you sell breaks and you wont stand behind it?????
I was a new customer a few weeks ago at the State Road store, and they were very knowledgeable and nice. Yesterday I walked in to get more "juice" I believe it's called, and WOW! I was greeted by a guy named Matt M.(I can't make out his handwriting of his last name), saying he couldn't sell to me because the Arlington store called and said a woman in a gray shirt is going around trying to buy stuff for an underage person! I am so pleased with the product and service from this store! Every single employee I have come in contact with has been so helpful! I am new to the vaping world, and mostly clueless. Lol. The guys and gal at the state road location are so knowledgeable and always willing to help when I have silly questions. Thank you for helping this long time smoker successfully quit! I walked in after my mother had passed away from heart disease on a mission. Kings of vapor has been with me every step of the way. Thank you!
