I ordered incorrectly from their website last night and couldn't find a way to edit my order. So I emailed them and they got back to me within 8 hours and fixed my order. I was very surprised at how fast I got a response/help.
Ordered something online and have been waiting over a week for it to ship out. I've received ZERO responses from them. There's no contact information, other than an email that doesn't work. I will be calling my CC company to issue a Charge back on this purchase and taking my business elsewhere.
Ordered 2 atomizers from them and they mailed me the wrong ones and so iv been trying to get ahold of someone and have now given up hope. Wish someone would help me because I love the products but if things like this happen I'll have to take my business elsewhere
Just wanted to Thank the guys at the Stow store for helping me and my other half get started on this. We have been cigarette free for 1 month now and we love it. Had a few bumps when we first started but Keith and the guys were very helpful and gave us all the info we needed and its very smooth now and we no longer have ashes everywhere and nasty smoke smell in our house or the cost of cigarettes. I will recommend you to anyone considering the switch. Thanks again!!
