Great place!
The customer service is horrible. I was called stupid by the staff. I've worked in a vapor shop for 2 years. I never treated customers the way I was treated. After visiting the shop in Kent twice, I started smoking again after 3 years of not. Its much less hassle.
i dont know anything bout the place or quality or anything else , but for me they have a really bad service for handling error matters.
Just awesome! I love going to the state rd store the staff there feels like you can sit and talk for hours! Best customer service in town period!
Gail Young They don't do anything they say they are going to do. I spent $600 bucks in 5 weeks and when the Vamo broke at no fault of mine manufacturer defect in 6 days after I paid over $70 bucks for it they wouldn't exchange it for me. The guy behind the counter sold me a part to my Vamo and said if it's the wrong part they would give me the right one when I went back they wouldn't give me the right part the lady behind the counter said because it a person's preference the thing didn't work it burned up. We stopped in for the 1st time today and were helped by Julian. Great guy and exceptionally knowledge! you're very lucky to have such a passionate person with you. loved the selection and atmosphere!
