Shelby went way above, and way beyond in helping me at the Stow/Kent location today! A+ + +.
The Kent shop is my go to place for supplies. Cody and Shelby are always really helpful and patient when I'm asking questions and being indecisive. The shop is not just there to cater to longtime hobbyists, they make it a point to try and help people who are trying to quit analogs too. Great customer service, good prices and some fine juice too.
Ash is my girl at Arlington. Helpful and sweet for putting up with all my questions. Great place if you are new to vaping as they walk you through everything. Couple of other vape shops made me feel stupid for just being there.
