Kent KOV is my favorite . Cody, Shelby and Brian are amazing! Cody helped me once again pick a new tank and I couldn't be happier ! I like the atmosphere better in Kent even though I travel from cuyahoga falls . I can say that I had a run in with two employees at the Kent store that were terrible and rude and disgusting ... I bought coils and left and went to sill vapes because I couldn't believe two people I hadn't ever met there before were that rude ... I just bought a vapor pen last week and the cbd oil and it is working great!
Looooovvvvvveeee the one in Kent! Everyone is very helpful. With the exception of one guy there. But the rest of the staff are awesome!
Tonight was my first time in there and they were super helpful and sweet!!!! Let me try any flavor I wanted and put my thing together and didn't even charge me for it!!! Very helpful. Will be back!!!! Thanks Matt!
