Went to the Daytona location to grab a new salt nic system for myself. Walked into only one other person in the store and was not even acknowledged upon entry by employee(s) Browsed for about 10 minutes without any sort of assistance. Definitely a terrible first impression. Was suprised, as I was told this particular location had great service. It was quite the opposite.

RecommendedI've been a customer for some time now and really enjoy the products, staff, and e juice. Unfortunately, I am having an issue with an Aspire skystar revvo kit I bought. I've had it about 40 plus days and somehow the plate that holds the 150 in is lifting. I took it down today and was told it was due to a screw that has popped possibly due to heat. Wondering if you can help me out with this? Other than that, I've been satisfied with my overall experience. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable.

Made an online order and its now been four days since they sent tracking information out but tracking info still says “pre shipment” with no updates. I called the Akron Ohio store once and talked to Tyler. He said he didn’t know the status of my order but would get back to me the next day. Never heard back the next day so I called and again talked to Tyler. He still had no information about my order! Its now been 6 days since I placed my order and still no juice or status update.
