They push crappy products on customers knowing the product isn't any good and then when you bring it back to the store they turn you away. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
The worst experience I ever had. I brought 4 devices in three months. Two of them malfunction. The first one they had my receipt in the system but couldn't print it for me to get my warranty. The third one was $90 and it kelp firing on it's own. They didn't have any more and i couldn't get my money back i only had it for two weeks. So I had to buy a device I didn't want and a tank I didn't need just so I wouldn't loose my money. I am so hurt and very mad😡 DON'T BUY DEVICES FROM HERE! Well how do i start. the staff steph and shelby are two the best kov employees i have ever met they took the time to explain to me which Vapor would be best how to use it properly which oils to use I had purchased a vapor for my mother who had smoked cigarettes for over 45 years she is currently Now using the kov vapor with very little nicotine and she loves it and now I don't have to worry about my house getting burnt down ashes dropped on my furniture and her waking up in the middle of the night to turn my stove on to ligh... read more
Started vapng over a month ago and wouldn't go back to smoking. However I would not suggest the Canton Road store in Akron, the employees seem not to be knowledgeable about the products. Once you make the initial purchase they really seem uninterested when you come back to purchas just the vaor. I love sweet Carolina, the last employee who mixed did not give me what I had bought prior. In fact the smell is as though something has been burned..will be returning it tomorrow. Kings of Vapor is normally my go too for all of my ecig needs but lately I've been VERY disappointed with the service. I bounce between Cuyahoga Falls & East Ave because I work in the Falls & live in Wadsworth. I got extremely horrible service recently at the East Ave location & most recently I stopped at the State Rd location before work & it was after 9am & no one showed up to open it until 910.
